The LP PS team combines support and advice at policy level with hands-on programme and project management at a local level.
By understanding the conditions that need to be in place for markets to work well, we help public bodies to implement Government policy at the ground level.
We work alongside our public sector clients, acting as a ‘critical friend’. We create frameworks within which our clients can make systematic and lasting changes and by which, most importantly, they can retain ownership of the decision making process.
