Standard Community Health Services Contract

The Department of Health is currently developing standard contracts for NHS Mental Health, Community and Ambulance services.
From April 2009 all providers, including the independent sector, third sector and NHS Trusts and NHS Foundation Trusts that deliver ambulance, mental health, community and acute services will begin to use the new standard contracts.
