Community Health Portal Help
I can’t login to the Members area – what do I do?
You will only be able to login to the members area of the Community Health Portal, if your Primary Care Trust (PCT) is a member of the Local Partnerships programme and your PCT Programme Manager has arranged for you to have a login.
If you are having problems logging into the secure members area then please retype your username (which will be your email address) and password, remembering that the password field is case sensitive. If your username and / or password are incorrect an error message should pop-up detailing the reason why your login failed.
If you are unsure of your username or password then you can use the password retrieval system by clicking on the ‘Forgotten your details?' link. Once you enter your email address on this page, a reminder will be sent to that email address displaying your username and password details.
If you still experience problems when trying to login then please do not hesitate to contact us at public.services@localpartnerships.org.uk and we will resolve your issue as quickly as we can.
I have forgotten my password – what do I do? You can retrieve your password at anytime using our "Forgotten your password" feature. When you click this link you will be prompted to enter the email address your account is registered with. Once you do this, a reminder email will be sent to that email address displaying your username and password details.
One of my colleagues needs a login to the secure members’ area on the Community Health Portal – how do they get this? All logins to the secure members’ area on the Community Health Portal are created by Local Partnerships. If someone needs a login to the secure members’ area they must contact their PCT Programme Manager and agree that a login is required.
Once this has been agreed, the PCT Programme Manager will inform Local Partnerships and we will generate a login for the individual.
How do I download documents from the Community Health Portal? It is possible to download documents and programme tools from the Community Health Portal. Once the item has been selected and opened, you will need to use the File – Save As option to save and download the document to your own network or computer.
What am I allowed to download from the Community Health Portal? Members are allowed to download the following items from the Community Health Portal eROOM area:
- LP programme tools and materials
- Documents in the eROOM folders from their own and other PCTs, such as Service Line Reviews and Provider Development Strategies
- Documents and materials from the reference materials folder
Can I share information with people or other PCTs and organisations outside of the Local Partnerships Provider Services Development Programme? The tools, materials and information in the programme produced by Local Partnerships, the third-party advisers and the PCTs signed up to the programme are governed by the programme’s Information Sharing Protocol. This protocol places limits on the onward exchange of the programme information.
The sharing of PCT specific information, such as Service Line Reviews or Provider Development Strategies, with those sitting outside of the provider arm or the programme i.e. host PCT commissioners, PbC clusters or third-party advisers, is not permitted without gaining written permission from the PCT.
All parties who can login to the information in the eROOM must treat with great care the information and know-how they can access, both on confidentiality and commercial grounds.
