Our Programme Advisers
LP has procured third-party advisers to support the development and delivery of the programme, working with LP and the PCTs that we support. Tribal and AT Kearney are the programme's clinical and strategic planning advisers, with Capsticks providing the legal advice.
LP is itself a Contracting Authority and can procure third-party advisory support through EU-compliant open competition. To select the advisers for the Provider Services Development Programme, we launched two distinct OJEU competitions. Following an impressive response to the adverts, we were able to select our advisers.
