Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this website or any of its contents. Using this website and any document referring to these terms and conditions indicates that you accept these terms and conditions, which create a contract between you and Local Partnerships plc (LP). If you do not accept these terms and conditions, do not use this website or any document referring to these terms and conditions.

    The ISP is the Information Sharing Protocol for the LP’s Community Health Programme and is one of the documents in the eROOM.
